My only photo of the day which was taken immediately after this morning's Parkrun at Greenfield Valley.

I took it far too easy on the initial 2km downhill stretch and finished around a minute slower than usual with a time of 29:04.

I was going to go out to the Llandudno Transport Festival this afternoon but after hearing reports of horrendous traffic congestion on the A55 decided to stay at home and do a bit of work in the garden.
