First mow this year at the other house

This morning I mowed our front garden and down the side of the garage, the third time I've mowed it. After 18 days away in the UK the it had all turned into a jungle, especially our back garden. I'll do that in a few days, as long at it stays dry.
The back garden at the other house hasn't been mowed so far this year, as Mme MB wanted to see the primroses. Unfortunately she didn't have time to mow it before joining me in the UK.
So this morning I mowed it. The grass was quite long, but our petrol mower coped OK on the highest setting. Will save me having to try and strimmer it.
This evening I have two lessons. One of the students Whatsapped me at 8 am, because she wanted to come earlier. I have a student from 5pm till 6pm, then she usually comes at 6.15pm. That gives me time to chat to previous student as they leave, wipe down the table and seat (I still do that), go for a pee if I need one and then swap over to the next lesson plan.
So not really pleased she is coming at the same time as when the previous one leaves. I've told her that she can come, but I might not be ready.
