Oxeye Daisy

I spotted a couple of these big (5cm diameter) oxeye daisy flowers today..first ones I have noticed this year.

Looking around there appear to be hundreds of little buds .. so maybe there will be a spectacular display in a few days..if it warms up a bit.

It is a lot ‘cooler’ today…and sadly our central heating has kicked in, after over a week of zero usage recorded by the ‘app’!
