Hip, hip, hooray!

It’s a birthday day..
lovely nephew is doing
well.. and pigeon found!

Leo is jumping for joy that it’s my birthday today and Older Nephew is recovering.. or maybe, just maybe, he’s seen a pigeon in a tree :-/
Busy day, we popped over to family to get the lie of the land but there’s been lots of progress today, more eating and getting out of bed and Older Teen even had a text from him, we’re out of the woods thank goodness. Ben is not easy to manage at other people’s houses so we handled it with military precision.. I took him to do a grocery shop for lovely mother in law, who is still struggling with her broken wrist and then MrKCNQ2Haiku took him for a really long walk which gave Older Teen and I time to catch up with her and do important things like wordle and connections!
We were lucky with the bank hol traffic home, we were back in time to see my mum and step dad who had swooped in to the rescue and walked and entertained Leo for the day. Nice to see my mum on my birthday, we don't always get to do that :-)
Now for an easy tea and I think I heard that the birthday wine forecast is going to be clear and crisp :-D
