Sheldons

Started the day with a walk over the fields with a friend and her dog. Good to get out although the wind was bitterly cold and I almost wished I’d taken a hat and gloves!

Then some cooking ready for lunches this week, some more Japanese revision, and a bit of time in the garden to pull up some of the forget me nots that are going over.

Unfortunately a nasty headache appeared after lunch which I’ve not managed to shift so I think it will be an early night.
