Bank Holiday Monday: Treborth Botanic Gardens

Such a lovely morning but very cold, we decided on a trip to Treborth. It’s fairly sheltered and we walked together for ten minutes, I then decided to go back the “short way”, MrD walked all the way to the Tubular Bridge / A55 road bridge. I sat in the sun watching other visitors passing then MrD returned from his walk.

Lots of traffic crossing back to the mainland as we returned to Anglesey, we stopped for a quick shop at Waitrose but my favourite items must have sold out :-((

Lunchtime when we arrived home, I was glad I’d defrosted some homemade Broccoli and Stilton soup which was very satisfying with some fresh toast :-)

Did a quick watering of the plants in pots this afternoon but feeling very tired and lethargic :-(
