Playing it cool

I did something very silly first thing whilst gardening...I cracked a rib...it sounded and felt horrible when I did it. Knocked the wind out of me for about 5 minutes. It's very sore now and if I breath deep, cough or sneeze it's on a pain level from 8 to 10. There ain't much I can do about it either.

Later on we went shopping and popped into my mom and dads.
