Bonsai progression

I blipped this tree a few months ago, at the end of winter, just as I had potted it in its new bonsai pot.

Here it is now with its first flush of spring leaves. I've pinched the leading leaves out, this should force it to bud again, making the tree more ‘bushy’ while also reducing the size of the leaves.

I'm going to allow a single branch to continue to grow uncontrolled in the hope that it’ll increase the thickness of the tree, however this should really be done before reducing the pot size.
