1lb and hour

I wasn't sure if the adventure in the Blairgowrie jungle was a game of hide n seek or the start of the jam making process. Many hours later, the high risk strategy of turning her 600 berries (we did numeracy, although the counting did not stretch that far- estimation with 3 year olds?) into jam that could be taken home, was achieved.

300,000 berries, one big jeely pan and not many hours left in the day eventually saw jar upon jar covering the kitchen table.....
