Drill tower

Today I returned to the site of the Lambeth Fire Brigade headquarters, specifically the back street in which there’s a disused drill tower. Drill towers enable firefighting training for high rise scenarios. This particular tower was opened in 1937. A closer view in extras taken from another street.
