To the locals

It's army hill and many think it got its name from when the home guards would walk down it .actually it is named Institute Hill.i met a local chap who was hoping to go fishing in his boat,but the baulk timbers were down and the workmen were dismantling the temporary bridge over the harbour that was used for the food festival Weekend. So he decided he will go tomorrow .the lady who makes the Porthleven pot people lives in the bungalow at the top of the hill,I noticed she has a yellow one on the wall.i popped into the supermarket for ham and the tv magazine. There are still a few visitors here enjoying the good weather sitting by the harbour side with coffees.
