It's started

Our builders turned up for 8am this morning.  Just in time for us all leaving.  I was excited to see the digger when I got home. Although the space looks rather small now. Makes me think the garage won't be that big. But thankfully the top half will get floored so we can store all our boxes from the double garage and all the bikes etc down below.  It's exciting.  

I had a great shift at work and took my student to the cafe while others went away to walk fit. This week has to be glorious so a few students will get to spend time at the beach. And my friend has a caravan there too that they can hang around in if needed. 

My friend Katie has just been round for a few hour's. The wildlings love her and she is such a kind and caring lass. 

I'm going to jump in the bath later. I'm finding it helps a bit. Because my pills aren't working as well now as I've been on them nearly 10 months I'm in pain constantly.  No matter if I'm doing nothing or working.  There is no give up from it. But the bath stops me from being sick with it. I'm trying to get more physio.  I asked for a orthopedic referral for a mri as I have had physio and I'm active and their reply in a letter was to have physio and be active and they won't see me. I'm thinking I might just go private and get a mri . Can't believe we have to do that but I need to know the exact extent of my back and not just nerve and tissue damage.
