Tiny Tuesday
I've gone all arty for this week's challenge, choosing an Alstroemeria flower that had wilted and fallen from the spray, to land in their shadow. We had taken our modest contribution of books to George Street for the Christian Aid Booksale, then had coffee downstairs in the Undercroft cafe, where each table had a vase of fresh flowers. In
While there we bumped into a friend from the Clic Sargent choir so had a catch-up of news - not altogether happily, comparing advancing decrepitude of age.
Once more John Lewis failed to provide a simple item in their haberdashery but we found it on the way home, in our local chain of hardware stores so are pleased to avoid recourse to mail-order giants.
I hope the image is sufficiently pink for Pinkhairedlady to accept, thanks to her for hosting Tiny Tuesday this month.
