A lovely day to be out in the car & then strolling to meeting.
I do like Warrington. I am not sure how they do it, but it always feels like a busy thriving town. Very few empty shops, lots of people milling about, attractive pedestrianised public realm, some sympathetic redevelopment.
However they do it, long may it continue.
