Gotcha!

One thing I haven't been able to capture is an aeroplane.  You hear them before you see them.  Well I heard this one rumble along and managed to 'capture' it as it flew over Dubwath, Silver Meadows.  It was quickly followed by two jets; no chance!  I was at the meadows for macro work so not the usual lens I use; you know flies on leaves, birds at feeding stations and flying seeds of which there were plenty blown by the wind.  This is a place to return, maybe earlier than the 8.30am.  Oh! you'll never believe this.  I haven't managed to photograph a flying heron.  Returning to my lounge there was one flying over the rooftops.  No camera to hand!
Please with some of today's results, but more practise needed.  That's what it is all about, keep trying.  If you can return to the site do so and compare results, so you have an idea what I will be doing sometime.
