A Fly On The Wallflower

I bought a packet of seeds in the supermarket last year of flowers which the packet said would attract insects. A few annuals came up but I wasn't that impressed. I'm delighted that some biennials and perennials have appeared this year. The first ox-eye daisy opened this morning. A funny, weedy, yellow wallflower has been in bloom for a while. I was delighted when a fly visited. Won't be long until the sweet Williams are flowering. Yarrow will follow. Wonder what they'll attract?
