A First!

Today was the first time we have ever seen a gray rat ( chicken) snake swimming in the pond! I saw him out on top of the water and called Johnny bc I thought it was a venomous cotton mouth at first. But no! Harmless rat snakes! He was quite large and beautiful! Fascinating to watch him swim!
