impending new arrival

I woke up today feeling completely shattered and to be honest slightly hungover and very dehydrated! it was a v. long day at work :( :( .. great night though! well worth it! not sure Neil would say the same!!!!
This is Blossom she is our new addition to the family... we will be getting her Friday! very excited but also nervous! Neil said she is ALL my responsibility!!!!
