Day 7

Of my walk in support of blood cancer UK. 63,000 steps with a 20lb rucksack on my back, just 217,000 steps to fit in before the month is out. Would have liked to do more in the first week but I was on holiday for 4 days so did well to get this many steps in, that's 41km which maybe provides better perspective.
