Amble

I went for a walk this afternoon in the sun, once it warmed up. I haven’t been along this path for some time, since before my knee replacement so at least 2 years, so it was good to do it again. And pleasing to see I did almost 6000 steps without sitting down, though was walking very slowly by the time I got to my house!
