Optimistic, Optimistic, and Realistic

Whoever thought concrete windows would catch on?  What amused me most about my Blip photo was that the 'window' is based on the nearby sash windows, where the bottom pane can be raised.

My first extra is sheer optimism, or marketing BS, but could be irony on reflection.  The name of the house is Bayview, which it isn't.

My second extra struck me as perfect.

Finally, I was present for a very nice blipmeet with BrambleBlossom and TopsyTurvy.  I'll leave it to them to Blip it.
