Gleaming

I am still picking tomatoes. Not as many as a month ago, but more than I need for everyday use. So most of them are being made into passata, which I will use over winter in many different dishes.

It has been a very busy day, baking, gardening at G's, chatting with friends, walking Bean and mowing the grass ahead of a cold wet southerly change which is forecast to arrive at about midnight.

It has been 20C again, which is much warmer than we expect at this time of year. It is lovely. All change tomorrow though...

A cracking day.

Thank you for your thoughts in response to my Blip yesterday. I plan to give each comment the response it deserves, which may take me a few days. Mind you, tomorrow's weather will make it much more attractive to sit at the computer than to be outdoors, so there's a chance you'll hear from me promptly.
