Handbrake turn

Moving on from party fun I was in the BBC first thing for a meeting with an ex colleague and her boss who I worked alongside in my BBC years.  There is always a security guard who welcomes me back as if I’ve never left and asks why I am no longer there. I had to point out that it had been 11 years since I was there! 

The day started sunny but then turned cold and so I had to purchase an extra layer - I have dangerously discovered that the Margaret Howell sale shop is almost opposite the new office.  Thank goodness I had some Vinted pounds to pay for it with.  It was good to be in the office today as I had some useful conversations.  I slipped away late afternoon and was home by about 7.30pm 

I walked in the door and Charlotte said, ‘that’s not what you were wearing when you left!’   V would never have noticed!
