Canterbury: Sandwich Trip?

Im went to a "Body Balance" session at the gym, so I met her at 'Fringe & Ginge' for coffee afterwards. I reckon F&G serve the best coffee in Canterbury, but it's the far side of the cathedral, so rarely our first port of call...
The city centre was very busy with several tour groups from the Viking Sky cruise ship (docked at Dover, presumably).
