Mankind searched for the source of the Nile for decades; ditto the Amazon.  The combined acumen of both expeditionary teams would never have been able to take on trying to find the link between the Aberfeldy Birks and the Rob Roy Way.  Impenetrable. It also explains why Colonel Percy Fawcett got lost in IKEA (Hendon Branch).  We had forgotten that it is impossible to gain altitude between Aberfeldy and Kenmore.  Another pic courtesy of CMC is looking towards Ben Vrackie from foothills above Aberfeldy.
