Sunny sparrow

So pleased to see the seeds being enjoyed.

Two things struck me today -
our little local Co-op has been devastated by the recent cyber hack affecting deliveries, with the greengrocery and fresh chilled food shelves largely empty. Pointless annoyance for staff and customers.
And 
I wonder what my parents did on VE Day ? I never thought to ask them, and now it’s too late.
But they always fed the birds, and they’d have loved to see this little sparrow.
