80th anniversary of VE Day

Thought the war memorial made an appropriate subject for today’s blip on the 80th anniversary of VE Day. Though as one of my great Uncles was a Japanese PoW, VJ Day had more significance.

Radiotherapy session 3 wasn’t scheduled until 18:35 (actually the paperwork says 06:35PM????) and they were running a little late. But I was back in the car by 19:10, so all good. Feeling a little tender, but otherwise good.
