Morning Meditation

We had a visit from a previous wwoofer, Emily, in the front in purple...Next to Arthur (our new wwoofer) and Elly (friend of Emily's).  Emily and Elly arrived yesterday evening, they are doing a very big adventure, drove from Saskatchewan, did the Cabot Trail, stayed the night with us, in their van....and are heading to Newfoundland today! Then they drive around NFL and then take a plane to Ireland....then back to NFL, and prepare for the long haul home!!!  they are having a blast.  it was lovely to see Emily again, she wwoofed with us in 2023.....a very lovely young woman!

I had to leave before meditation to have lunch with Cora-Lee in town, but i couldn't resist them all sitting in a row....

A beautiful sunny day.  after lunch i had a walk along the water front, then had a delightful pedicure - always such a treat.

Bad news....the black flies have landed grrrrr !
