Smile for the camera ...

This telecommunications tower is right beside our caravan pitch, hence wonderful wi-fi etc. This morning though there must have been a problem as 3 very smart trucks arrived and out got several very smartly uniformed men. They did alot of talking before one of them shinned up the tower and kindly obliged me with today's blip.

We decided to leave our lovely caravan site this morning as Mr HB has an early doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, so we got all packed up, said goodbye to our nice hosts and fellow campers and headed for home. Plenty for me to do this afternoon, two wash loads done, bedroom curtains to be ironed and re-hung, I hate that job and plenty of garden watering. I cooked dinner and watched a little bit of the BBC1 VE-Day concert, but retired to bed early. I'm suitably whacked after the last busy and strenuous few weeks - could do with a proper holiday now!

Glad to say Mr HB is getting a little better each day. He had a good sleep this afternoon, and I’m in bed before him tonight.
