VE Day ringing

We rang in celebration of VE Day and it was still lovely and sunny as I headed to and from the church.

It was boiling up the tower. They decided to take pictures between sets of ringing so we were all a hot mess - or maybe that was just me!

The dandelion clocks were out in force and looked lovely in the sunlight (extra).

And the joy of the day was getting up and going downstairs expecting to have to empty the dishwaher before heading to work as I am usually the first one up, only to find that Leo had emptied late last night and saved me a job.  That is a first!  I am sesning that some revision procrastination may have been at play but it was a lovely surprise.
