Motivational quotations

These motivational quotations, which keep appearing around Edinburgh, keep me going in tricky times. It's annoying to be ploughing through so much work when the sun is shining. When I have a bit more time to relax, it will probably be grey and raining.

This is on the hoardings up North Bridge. Apparently, North Bridge is going to fully reopen before the end of the year.... that will be amazing....And strong enough to take trams if that's the route. Aye, right. It's become the new "normal" to have to contend with it  I walked both up and down the bridge today. The way down was packed with tourists wandering along and taking selfies. Grrrh.

Other than that, seeing a shite hawk on top of one of the Paolozzi statues outside the Catholic Church and then later on, in the afternoon, leaving John Lewis, they had loudspeakers on broadcasting live news of the election of the Pope.....well, that was about it for excitement during the day....
