Micah’s Birthday

Following our oldest grandson’s successful birthday celebration last week, our second grandson, Micah also had a birthday to celebrate - his 16th! This time the family in Texas, plus a friend met up to eat at a ‘Sliders’ (a small burger) restaurant called Son of a Butcher. I can manage a burger that size! They are made from Wagyu beef, - delicious! I had a side of Thai Style Brussels Sprouts and an Old Fashion cocktail with it. It was a fun evening and we suitably embarrassed Micah by asking the manager’s permission to sing Happy Birthday to him on the microphone they use for called out orders ready to be picked up.
