The council went to town on planting these colourful borders. Un fortunately the selfie brigade has been alerted from far and wide and trampled down the "Do not walk on the grass" and reduced it to mud and bare patches have appeared in the beds where girls have sat among the plants to take fetching pictures. Oh vanity! vanity!
