Threipmuir Reservoir

I was on pick up duties for L and co after their overnight camping Duke of Edinburgh expedition.

She was a little later in arriving so I went for a nice walk by the reservoir. First time here and it was beautiful. Lots of people in swimming (see extra).

The wee souls face when she finally arrived at the car was priceless. I think she really enjoyed it. She may not realise yet as is knackered but it was character building for sure.

I was prohibited from using L as a blip today.

In other news I booked Ratagan youth hostel for 2 weeks time and will attempt the 3 remote Glen Affric hills (50+ km) from Killilan side (Glen Elchaig).
