Stress

A nice lie in this morning.

Had another work call in the morning. But this was better than yesterday and rather ironic considering internally it has been cancelled. Because this was about monetising our training programme and it looks like we've got a potential major client, a water utilities company. I was excited to give my young padawan the news.

After that it was off to the hospital. After a long wait, it eventually turns out that I have a stress fracture in my right foot. The guy said it looks like it's already started to heal, so he doesn't think I'll be wearing this boot more than 10 days, with perhaps a minimum of 5 days.

As long as I'm good for my young padawan's wedding at the end of the month, because I've got my dancing shoes ready. I gave her the news, she wasn't impressed but I said that I'll be ready. Ain't nothing going to stop me.

A quiet afternoon and evening ahead. Probably the same for the weekend as well.
