lunch: noodles from Dorch market

i added garlic, fresh ginger, soy, & Korean hot sauce because the curry was all gone!
tasty.

the Thai ladies make great chicken & beef curries, & satay.  they made the satay sauce for our wedding do nearly 15 years ago.
