Amaryllis

A long day of travelling started for us at 3.30am. Flight from Glasgow to Heathrow at 05.50 then after a change of terminals, a long wait for a flight to Lisbon at 13.45 which was then delayed by an hour. The flight was packed full of very noisy men, two big groups of them, my ears are still ringing :-(. Tonight we are in an airport hotel before an early flight to the Azores tomorrow. 
For the first time ever, I have not taken a single photo so am using a photo my daughter sent me of an Amaryllis in my sitting room which came into bloom just as I went away!
