Tipping

Unfortunately someone thought this would be a suitable place to dump their old tyre. I have reported it to the county council. This sort of thing annoys me because this would be a local person who lives in this lovely area but feels it's acceptable to do this. 
Quite what was going through the heads of the two people who cut down our wonderful sycamore tree is a complete mystery to me.
