She’s bonkers and I love her for it.

More wall to wall sunshine and the forecast is for no rain for another week at least. Tourists and residents are enjoying it but we all need to see the bigger picture. People here relying on springs and other private water supplies are pretty worried, and the threat of wildfires is very high.

And on another worrying topic - the recent hacking of the Co-op data (and I suspect we aren’t being told the true extent of it) means the shelves in our only small supermarket in Tobermory are looking scarily bare as their ordering/delivery systems have been frozen. No veg/fruit/cheese and other dairy products - basically anything that has a short shelf life..
