Nara

A wonderful day in Nara, easy to get to on the train. Then you can get a day pass on the buses which will take you around the area. Park was full of deer bowing looking for crackers which you can buy. Bought some in a quieter area were one deer was, however his ninja friends appeared, crackers gone very quick 
The huge Buddhist temple in the park is huge and has a huge Budda. There's a hole you can crawl through to get a blessing, no chance for us after all the 7-11 snacks.
