Cost of living

Back to work -from home- today and I felt the need to get out briefly and to test my paranoia of the car battery dying again. I headed over to the Quarry and Kingsland Bridge to recharge my solar batteries, spying another of the original painted BT boxes.

This one, on the Town Walls side of Kingsland Bridge, is Floral Butterflies by Casi Worrall and represents Shrewsbury as the Town of Flowers as well as the Darwin's creatures theme. I notice as well that the bridge toll has had a 50% increase from 20p to 30p...although I can't remember the last time I actually drove over it.
