…….digital sketches…
I finally finished my digital sketch of the King’s Bedroom ceiling at Stirling Castle, it’s been my most ambitious sketch so far, not difficult as I had a good photo to follow.  I bring the photo on to my screen as a reference when I’m drawing and I use a grid overlay so that I can try and replicate the image as closely as possible.  This one isn’t absolutely accurate but it’s close enough!

Usual Saturday lunch with the family, minus my youngest who is working today, albeit from home so it’s not as bad as having to trail into the office.  It is apparently going to top 20 degrees here today so I’m braving a dress and sandals, the temperature is currently 12 degrees so I might be a bit chilly when I’m walking into town!
