Sunshine After Rain….

An early walker dodges puddles from yesterday’s rain. The native plantings in the background provide a peaceful area in which to sit by the river. The area is known as the Friendship Grove and commemorates international exchanges with the Friendship Force of Marlborough. That very worthwhile organization was promoted by Leo McKendry, a previous Mayor of Marlborough.
