The Brown Sea
Awake to hear the rain lashing down. Quite thrilling it was, to watch the water gush out of pipes and flood down the paths. By 11am however the clouds had all departed; the runoff water down the cove had turned the sea brown and murky out for for a distance of several hundred metres, rather like Wardie Bay in fact, or the entire Forth.
Much much later, walking back from our meal at Bodegas, we saw the ISS - at over 60° above the horizon. Now that’s not something you see that high at home, nooo, it is nut. I gawped.
