The Tanzanian currency. I was staring at this note before I proffered it to pay the tuk-tuk driver, and thought that the lion looked very regal. On other notes we’ve got a rhino, an elephant and the image of Julius (Mwalimu - Teacher) Nyerere, the father of the nation and first president of independent Tanzania.
