Glorious day!

Sunshine and warmth have returned.
I had a much better night last night, thankyou for all your good wishes!
Stephen also feeling recovered. He had baked a batch of different flavoured muffins yesterday for a Guide Dog Fundraiser stall at the local Four Oaks Baptist Church.
Our 4 grandchildren, ages 13, 12, 9 and 6 had made all the things to sell, and organised the stall with things like a lucky dip, or guess the name of the guide dog, having sourced material from the GDBA. Our eldest granddaughter had designed and printed 60 birthday cards. Stephen’s muffins soon were snapped up! There were 6 left when it had finished.

As it was a beautifully warm sunny morning all the various fundraisers’ stalls were set out in the forecourt at the front of the church. With several in the main building where there is also a coffee bar, which does a roaring trade!
Their coffees are a lot cheaper than the well known ones, and extremely good!
It was running from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

We came home for lunch and are about to go out for a walk.
It’s too nice to waste!
I’m behind catching up, but will be able to have a look this evening. I was in bed soon after 20:00h last night.
