May it is in month and in flower. Looking beautiful just now in our hedge along side the Photinia Red Robin leaves. I don't think we have ever had quite such a lot of blossom on it as we do this year. Quite often because we cut it quite tight we sacrifice the flower for a dense hedge but.. it is looking blooming lovely and smells glorious!
Breakfast in the garden to start the weekend which was lovely. Then himself went off to do some piping event for VE day and it is boiling so he will be melting in the heat of the sun with all that plaid and heavy kit on.. poor fellow. In the meantime I am home relaxing and my daughter has gone off to do some graft on her allotment. I am going to have to drench my poor blackcurrant bushes which seem to be crisping up a little.. disaster!
