Nine

After the early watering shift I went over to the market and managed to take in a quick visit to the swan's nest - nine of the ten eggs now hatched. There are nine in that fluffy struggling heap, honest!

Spent the afternoon attempting to tidy up, vacuum, cook etc with Mel and the Cron coming round for their tea tonight. I warned them that it will be a pretty basic menu!
