I took up a new hobby today - bowling.  The concept is similar to curling, but it's easier for me to slide out and push a very heavy stone along the ice than it was to throw/ roll a bowling ball along the grass. Apart from the wight of the bowl, I have very small hands and I found it difficult to wrap my fingers around the bowl to where they should be to get the correct grip. having said that, I did enjoy it.
