Half cut

Ex school pals Noel and Paul were here all morning running through some very old songs. We are pretty happy with them, just need to sort out the singer. It is all quite odd seeing them and playing together after all these years but it’s great fun.

I then had a call from Roger who was going to weld up the deck from the new mower, it’s worse than we thought. He brought it back over and had a beer and a good think about the best solution. The upshot was that we have put it back on the mower, while Roger welds the other deck.

I then started to cut the grass, the deck lasted 20 mins. I gave up and came in for gin .
